Laughing is the best.
Today Marley tooted and then starting laughing uncontrollably.
Then she said..
"My bum just burped!"
... then I laughed uncontrollably.

Last night Quinn was eating strawberries for his after dinner treat (Marley, the poor little sicky had already fallen asleep for the night) and when Quinn had only one strawberry left he stopped and looked at me with a puzzled look on his face. I smiled and waited, then he asked "Mom, do you have more strawberries?" I said yes, they are in the fridge. He replied "Oh good, cuz I was going to save this and cut it in half to share with baby if it was the last strawberry."
I have never been more proud of him. I love what a great young man my son is turning into.

Today Jo, Marley and I painted nails. Red with white polka dots, and white with red polka dots.
I love girly girl time with two of my most favorite girls.

Grilled Garlic and Herb Chicken served with sauteed onion, peppers, celery, carrots and zucchini
served on a large helping of noodles boiled in chicken broth
and topped with cheese
I love cooking, and tonight's dinner was delish. I enjoyed making it and everyone enjoyed eating it.

Today I ignored the dishes, skipped the laundry and left the weeds. I spent the day doing projects with
my kids.
We made mini pumpkin marshmellows to eat. They were delicious. Then we created some crafts that
are amazing.
We finished off our night playing a hilarious game of Hullabaloo. It was wild, silly, full of crazy moves
and lots of fun.
Today was a great day, I may have twice as much to get done tomorrow, but I love my silly little life,
I am so lucky!!

I played in the mud with my kids today. It was great fun!! I took off my socks and shoes, rolled up my pants, got down on my knees and played in the mud.
I made a castle, which, as Quinn pointed out looked more like a cake. He was right, but it was a beautiful 3 tier-ed cake with a flag and a moat! :) Marley heard the word cake and started making the best, most delicious mud pies I've ever fake eaten. lol.
We made bridges and waterfalls, canals and fishing holes. The weather was warm, the sun was shining, and for that hour sitting there on the ground with my two littles, surrounded by mud and listening to laughter ...
life was perfect.
